Gillies & Mackay are known throughout Scotland for production of high quality buildings, their garages are no exception.
Although Gillies & Mackay can provide you with a building of any specification to meet your needs, their standard garage specification is as follows:
Single garages are constructed with 3 x 1 1 / 2 " framing with 19mm weatherboard. The roof uses tongue & groove sarking and is covered with a tear resistant, heavy duty polyester based roofing felt, which will allow your building to give many years of waterproof service. All buildings are treated with one coat of Butinox No1 wood stain. You will need to re-treat your building as soon as possible following delivery.
Double garages are constructed using 4" x 2" framing.
Many customers choose to add custom features to their specification including box profile steel roofing and pressure treated close boarded and strapped siding.
