It is extremely important that your site is level and square prior to delivery of your building.

If your site is not level, we would have to use extra blocks & extra time, you will be charged for levelling time. Extra blocks mean the building is higher and therefore you have to step higher into it.

So, please ensure your site is level.

Base Work: If you are planning to complete your own base/block work, please provide us with a sketch/plan, at time of order,so that we can make the building accordingly. Alternatively, ask us and we can provide a plan for you to work to.
