About The Ex-Display Sale
Introduction

Ex Display means they've stood in our show area for a maximum of 10 months. They have been subject to use and footfall. They may have slight imperfections and come with a few wee bumps and bruises – but hey, don't we all?

We discount them appropriately to reflect their use and their 'no guarantee'. We do, however, MOT them before they leave our site to ensure their working order.

These buildings are sold as seen – you cannot change the size, spec or colour.

Delivery

We have pre arranged delivery/assembly slots for them in February 2021 and they must be taken on these dates. Your delivery distance cannot be more than 50 miles from Errol.

The Event Itself

The G&M Ex-Display Sale starts at 8am on Saturday 5th December.

It is a highly sought after event that sees many arriving early to secure their dream build. Please don't be put off by this though – we do have a consolation prize for you, if you miss out on your preferred ex display model...

Any order for a new building placed on 5th December will receive a 5% discount.

It really is a truly magical time. There's just something about buying a G&M on a chilly December morn for a steal price that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside... but it might also be the mulled wine we offer you on arrival
