Your Consultation
Whether you’ve got a rough idea, some measurements, or a full plan, this is where we bring it all together. We’ll talk through everything, refine your vision, and create a detailed design brief and quotation.
Site Visits
We visit the proposed site to confirm everything is feasible and to help ensure smooth delivery. We’ll also coordinate with any groundworkers or electricians who need access. If planning permission is required, we can handle the application and all related communications.
Order Confirmation & Delivery Dates
Once you’re happy with the full project cost – including the building, groundworks, electrics, and any extras – you’ll pay a deposit, and we’ll schedule your delivery and assembly.
Groundworks
We provide your chosen contractor with the specifications for your garden room's base. Once the base is completed and signed off, you’re ready for installation.
Garden Room Construction
It's the big day! On delivery day, our team will assemble the main construction – the floor, walls and roof will be put together, ready for lining and insulation and flooring on the next visit from our team.
1st Electricians Visit
If you're adding electrics to your garden room, this will take place next – the electrician runs all the cabling for lights and sockets through the open stud frame, so wiring can be neatly sorted and hidden once the lining goes up.
Lining and insulation
We return to insulate and line the building, enclosing the wiring inside the wall and ceiling cavities so nothing's visible in the finished room. Now it's really coming together!
2nd Electricians Visit
Once lining is done, the electrician returns to fit the actual sockets, switches, and light fittings onto the now-hidden wiring, and completes testing/certification.
