The Kindrogan takes the same square shape of a Rannoch or Vorlich, and tops it with a truncated pyramid roof, giving you the practical use of space and head-height of the Rannoch with a more distinctive roofline.

Isola shingles as standard, carrying a 30-year materials guarantee. This is different from The Rannoch and Vorlich, which use steel box profile roofing – part of why The Kindrogan sits slightly higher in price than those two designs.

The Kindrogan is available in three standard sizes, starting from 3m x 2.4m – it’s one of our more compact options if you’re working with a smaller garden. Prices are from £14,357 depending on size, and sit slightly above The Rannoch and Vorlich given the shingle roofing.

The main difference is the roofing – Isola shingles cost more than steel box profile roofing, and give The Kindrogan a more refined, distinctive finish to match its shaped roof. The underlying wall construction and insulation spec is identical across all four Radiata designs.

Not as standard, and it’s not included by default. As with the rest of the Radiata range, we’d recommend it on the larger sizes given the volume of water a pitched roof sheds, and all bases should include a soakaway to allow water to drain away from the building.

Yes – it shares the same four-layer construction and aluminium double glazing as every Radiata design. The pyramid roof and Isola shingles are a style and material choice, not a performance difference.
