Every Radiata Garden Room is designed to meet permitted development guidelines, so in most cases, you can skip the red tape and get straight to enjoying your new space.
(Just double-check location-specific rules like conservation areas or listed buildings)
Naturally beautiful and incredibly durable, Radiata ThermoWood is heat-treated to resist moisture, rot and decay – and comes with a 50-year lifepsan.
Its smooth, knot-free finish gives your Garden Room a sleek, modern look, while drastically reducing the need for timber maintenance. A premium external cladding choice that’s built to look fabulous for decades.
Superior Slimline Aluminium
Double Glazing
Strong, stylish, and built to last – our aluminium double-glazed windows outperform standard uPVC in both durability and design.
The slimline frames let more natural light flood into your Garden Room, while still delivering top-tier thermal insulation. A perfect blend of modern aesthetics and year-round comfort.
Your Garden Room should feel just right, no matter the season.
With high-performance insulation in the walls, roof and floor, premium double glazing, and careful construction, our Radiata Garden Rooms are designed for year-round use – keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.
Whether it’s your workspace, retreat, or creative studio, it’s a space you’ll love every day of the year.
The Vorlich is topped with steel box profile roofing – a durable, low-maintenance choice built to handle Scottish weather year after year.
Once properly installed, a steel roof needs little upkeep and holds its performance for decades, backed by our guarantee. It sheds rain and snow efficiently thanks to its ribbed profile, and resists the wear that timber or felt roofing can suffer over time. For buyers who want a classic, no-fuss finish without compromising on longevity, steel box profile is a proven, dependable option.
Every Radiata Garden Room comes fully delivered and installed as standard – no separate contractor to arrange, no added complexity.
Our team handles delivery within 40 miles of Errol as part of the price, with only a small charge for anything further afield. Once on-site, your building is assembled and finished, by our experienced team.
It's one less thing to organise during what can otherwise feel like a complicated project, and it means your Garden Room is put up properly, by people who build them every day.

The Radiata Garden Rooms do not come with Guttering as standard. We advise that all basework be constructed with a soakaway in mind to allow the water to run off the roof and be drawn away from the building.
It would be advisable for 10' x 10' & 12' x 10' sizes to opt for guttering given the amount of water they shed.

Radiata Garden Rooms are constructed with a 19mm thick tongue and groove subfloor. The subfloor is not advised to be used as the finished floor.
We offer laminate flooring as an optional extra, in three colours specially chosen to compliment the beautiful Radiata ThermoWood. If you'd prefer a different floor covering, you will need to arrange this yourself.
